MaithilOps ยท Manufacturing operations

Sales, inventory, production and dispatch in one system.

From the first quotation to the delivered order, every team in your factory works from the same live information instead of separate spreadsheets and phone calls.

Sound familiar?

Where factory work gets stuck

request_quote

Orders are promised blind

Sales commits a delivery date without knowing what is in stock or on the shopfloor.

inventory

Material runs out mid-job

Stock is tracked in Excel, so the store finds a shortage only when production asks for it.

visibility_off

Nobody knows the order status

Sales calls the shopfloor, the shopfloor calls the store, and the customer waits.

local_shipping

Dispatch waits for paperwork

Finished goods sit ready while the challan, vehicle and E-Way bill are arranged.

Quotation to dispatch

Follow one order through the factory

A customer asks for a batch of steel almirahs. Here is how that order moves through MaithilOps, step by step.

  1. 1 The quotation

The quotation goes out with GST

The quotation is prepared with place of supply, delivery lead time and GST calculated. When the customer agrees, their purchase order is recorded against it.

Quotation with place of supply, delivery lead time, sub total, GST and grand total
  2. 2 The order

The sales order is recorded once

The confirmed order carries the customer, value and required delivery date. From here, every team works from this one record.

  3. 3 The plan

The bill of materials shows what is needed

Each product has a recipe: raw materials, quantities, wastage allowance and cost. It is multiplied by the order quantity, so you know exactly what the job needs.

  4. 4 The material

Stock is checked and shortages are flagged

Current stock is compared with what the job needs. Items running low are flagged, so purchase orders go out before production waits.
    lock maithiltechnology.com
Raw materials list with stock levels for each item and a low-stock warning
  5. 5 The shopfloor

    Production is planned and tracked

A work order is created from the sales order, with the machine, operator and supervisor assigned. Its status moves from planned to in progress, quality check and completed.

  6. 6 The delivery

    Dispatch is documented

The dispatch carries the vehicle number, E-Way bill and lorry receipt, and is linked to the invoice. Proof of delivery is recorded when the customer receives the goods.

  7. 7 The overview

    Managers see every movement

Reports show every stock movement, from goods received and material issued to finished goods and dispatch, as charts or tables.
